if a person bleaches their skin, does the pigment in that skin ever come back? how long does it take if it does?

yes the melanin pigments come back if you stop using skin lighteners.. just like any other skin or hair regimen - antiaging, hair dyeing, skin tanning, manicure - maintenance is needed to keep the results you want..
after all, everybody wants to look and feel better.. or who wants the old problem back? :-)

Reply:About the pigment returning, but I don't think so. If you bleach anything, the original color will never return (teeth only need to be rebleached because new plaque builds up again).
