There are different ways to get from one shade to another. I understand the hyperpigmented area and most people of ethnicity have few products that help us out. There is ambi creme which is the most common skin lightner/bleach you can get. I do not recomment bleach. Skin lightening cremes, spot faders, and vanishing cream are all good products to use. To answer your question, i feel the best way to blend your natural skin and fade the scar out is using a creme from AVON. Don't worry i dont sell AVON just happen to know its a great product, so get if from anyone you know (friend, church lady, flea market, etc) This creme is called "banishing creme" and has results in one week. I recommend using it at night to sleep and use cocoa butter or vitamin E cremes in daytime. As for any strong skin products, avoid sun as it will lead to more discoloration and possible worse.
