Does bleaching hair on your leggs before you shave also bleach your skin?

I have nice tanned leggs, but I wanna make my legg hair less noticable when the hair starts growing back. If I bleach the hair on my leggs, will it ruin my tanned leggs

Does bleaching hair on your leggs before you shave also bleach your skin?
Bleaching the hair on your skin other than those "unmentionables" is perfectly safe when using the proper product.

Now, to answer your question... the bleach, in my experience, will cause a slight discoloration to the skin. By slight, I mean it was barely noticeable on my skin. However, every body is different. I would suggest applying the bleach to a test patch area that no one will see and see how if affects your body.

I've had good luck with Sally Hansen - Creme Hair Bleach. Get the pre-mixed packages if they're available.

Good luck!

Reply:Bleach is very dangerous. You should never use it for that purpose.
Reply:you ever heard of Nair??? it will work better than shaving and you wont have to worry about it growing back for weeks
Reply:Not sure love. Maybe you should go to a beauty salon and ask them. Make sure you get professional advice before bleaching the hairs on your legs.
Reply:Why would you bleach if you are going to shave, anyway???
Reply:bleach can damage your skin on your legs

so if you love your tan so much

you shouldnt bleach them
Reply:Invest in some Nair or Veet, and leave the bleaching to the professionals.
Reply:People use bleach to kill mold on bathroom walls, bacteria on kitchen tables, and permanently chemically alter clothes color. If it kills mold, it'll kill skin cells and your legs won't be looking so hot when you run out of telomeres and your leg skin cells can't divide anymore at a premature age.
Reply:Bleaching agent is very harmful to your health. Never have any skin contact with it, not to mention using it to bleach the hair on your legs.
