okay i had a stain so i used a paper towel and put bleach on it and wiped off the stain that was on my bed...so then i layed face down so my (genital area was on that used to be stain spot) will my penis become infected or something?
Can y ou touch bleach without bleaching your skin?
Not unless you have an allergic reaction to bleach.
If it's left on the skin for a long period of time, yes, it will have a lightening effect on your skin.
If it's on your skin for just a couple minutes, but then it's cleaned off, it probably won't hurt your skin.
