i dont know but seriuolsy if u want to lighten ur skin go to an indian stroe near u and ask them if they have the cream called fair and lovely, it's suppose to lighten ur skin like in 1 or 2 weeks (and no i'm not indian, one of my firend who's indian says that she uses that creme to whiten her skin) u can also try to go to a paki store near by u, they might have it for sure coz thats where she bought it from

What main ingredient should a skin bleaching product have?
i bought a product called cancha nacar...it contains glycerine,zinc oxide,ground barley, water, oyster shell powder,lemon juice, honey,witch hazel,bentonite,papain,irish moss powder, salicylic acid.... have you used this product for dark spots? how long til u saw results? thanks a bunch

I have the soap, and it helped me with my dark spots, but what helped me a lot was wearing a good sunscreen. glycerine is used in skin whitening products, as well as lemon juice and salicylic acid (it's an exfoliator). It takes about a month to see results.

How to Cure Brown Spots with Natural Treatments
Apply fresh Aloe Vera on the brown spots and rub.
Mix onion juice with vinegar (1:2 teaspoons), and apply on the brown spots.
Mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of orange juice; soak a cotton ball and apply on spots.

Reply:spread honey all over the face evenley . Place a cloth in warm water and apply to your face to open the pores. Smear on honey, and leave on for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water, then use cold water to close the pores. Use once a week.

I would suggest using a 10% hydroquinone cream though for better results layered with some sort of exfoliating cream like a AHAs or Retin. Stay out of the sun and use lots of sunscreen (20 or higher) for the when you do go outside. I would not suggest using it for a long time and I would suggest going in for a free consultation with a dermatologist. If your skin discoloration is from melasma then you would want to for a cosmelan treatment instead the hydoquinone method.
