Reply:Erm why? So many saddos ask this question and me and my sister laugh at you all. Are you from India by any chance? Because normally they are the ones dying over fair and lighter skin. If you want even skin tone then neutrogena visibly even is meant to be good or aveeno...but if you want to change your skin colour then get a life or be proud of what God made you.
Reply:You can try hydroquinone...but it is to be used only after consulting dermatologist.
Reply:Try 'Obagi Clear' with 4% hydroquione. Use it twice a day. HTH : )
